Santander Customer Journey


As part of cooperation with Santander Bank Polska, we designed training materials for the Santander Customer Journey Map workshop. A set of material included customer journey map, a set of cards and instruction. We packed the set in a magnesium closing box.


Santander Customer Journey Map, created in the spirit of the new communication platform of the Santander Group, is an example of the cohesion of the visual identification of the brand and care for its image also in the case of training materials.
